I wanted to submit a ticket regarding my tracert but like everyone else there's the smart tracker thing. My issue is, I'll randomly freeze in game for 3-5secs then everything is fine for a while then it'll happen again. There's no consistency with the freezing.

I'm running it in Windows XP, 2GHz Core 2 Duo, 4GBs of Ram, ISP is DSL using a DLink Router.

First of all, I'd advise you to post your tracert here: http://forums.warppo...encing-latency/ just so we can keep bugging Gravity with it and they can bug their ISP to upgrade, since lag and packet loss are a know issue here.
What your tracert means exaclty (and whether it's your ISP or Gravity's) I cannot really tell you, but I can imagine you get alot of freezing with that many *'s.

You COULD always try accessing via a proxy like lowerping.com, it might improve your route. I don't use it myself (so feel free to win some more advise about using such a service) but alot of people use it to reduce lag/packet loss.

And I have no idea what they are doing with the support page. Looked like an update or something, I assume it will be up again soon (edit: and so it is).
