I purchased a $20 UGC and redeemed points through WP and then converted to kafra. But when I went to the code the redeemer none of the items were available. am i supposed to wait or how is it supposed to work?

I don't think you need to use code the redeemer. Checked if you have points when you click the kafra ladies?

EDIT: Oh, you mean the bonus items. Well then I have no idea O.o;

You are referring to the new promotion hats? If so, the hats are added manually each Friday into the npc code the redeemer so you will have to wait.
