This is the only thing I don't like besides elves, and the removal of the weather effects!
This is also my first topic here, since I don't believe anything suggested here has been looked at in Korea. Ever!

Dont know, there are classes that get contribution faster than others, if there wasnt a cap, then people wouldnt want to go with the classes that cap slower (less than now).
In any case, once i thought about this, and had this idea: instead of remove the cap, add different lvls of caps. The 1st cap would be the normal one, the next caps would be 2x, 3x, 4x, the max contribution on the first cap. This way, if the 1st cap is 100, the 2nd is 200, the 3rd 300, etc. But the other caps would work in a different way, and one only would get the contribution if reach the max amount of contribution for that cap: meaning, if someone pass the 100 contrib (example), gets always 100 contrib until they reach 200. If the player get 150 contrib, then still get 100, if reach 200, it get 200, if get 230, it still get 200.
It would be like a bonus for the ones that can exceed the contribution, but not an easy bonus to get.

No! Too complicated! I only want the cap limit removed! I don't care if people abandon classes that cap slower! That's their own decision to make!
People already:
- Join
- Cap
- Disconnect
- Repeat
... which gives a lot more points than stay, cap, win.

Yes, but that cant be done in all the battlegrounds. Maybe they could rise the cap in some ones, but it wouldnt be a good idea in all of them. I am thinking in tb, in tb if you go out and come back, dont get the points, and people capping fast some times go afk, wich could be a disadventage to get the victory but at the same time it let the rest of the team free from someone that keep them away from get their own kills/contribution. I saw that kind of players maxing contribution and making the rest of their team to get nothing, and remove the cap only would promote to have more of that.
Plus, except in svs, i dont see the point in get even more points than we get now. The tb points could be useful to sell the items now that we have the unbind tool, but with so many tb running, is quite easy to get those points anyway.

It's probably only a matter of time until it's implemented in other battlefields too!
That's silly. I've never experienced people in the same team preventing someone from getting contribution points.

Well, i could agree to remove it in svs. I dont know in im/foc. In tb i would said rise it but dont remove it.
Maybe what they could do is to remove the cap for the lower lvls, if a lvl 65, for example, is able to get the same contribution as a higher lvl, then it deserves to get the same amount of points, xp and/or lant.
