Why not implement an NPC that can remove cards from equipment, but to even it out, why not make it so you get a choice to either prioritize if you want the item more or the card more. Since lets face it how many times have we put a valuable card into a weapon or armor, but then down the line found a better weapon or armor & didn't want to have to hunt down the card again, or found a better card combination, but don't want to spend more money on a replacement weapon or armor. Just an idea.
There's already such npc implemented on other version of official RO.
However, once you remove the card, the upgrade level and any enchanted status on ur gear will be gone.

Didn't think of that.

I would actually be ok with that on iRO. It still makes sure that we double check to make sure that the card and gear we want is really what we need, but if we do screw up or find a better card for the gear/gear to put the card in, we're not completely screwed.

There are lot of gears with crappy cards on it, that can fix it.

You just necro'ed a post exactly 5 years old today. Congratulations, but don't ever do that again. And it doesn't exist, you need a Heroic Desocketing Book and ticket in the equipment you want decarded, and only the card will remain while the equipment is destroyed (you don't get to choose).

Although the undead rose from grave the moderator knew that he was safe. For his silver lock thread button was still firmly attached to the web browser.
