I think they are trying to say, Reset Boxes are not tradable, and they want them to be?

Reset Boxes arn't.. though the stones are which is great since we are able to stack them this way

The reset stone boxes bought from Kafra haven't been tradeable since they came out, hence why Playspan Reset Boxes were vended ect. I wasted some good $ on that...

Sorry, yea seems boxes arent tradable, but once you open the box you can trade it.

If i recall it correctly, arn't you supposed to stack them to be able to reset a higher level char?
Well.. Toma the Kafra Stacker isn't taking care of them right now at all

he is the one who stacks reset stones thought he only adds 1 to the stack each time

Tried him awhile ago... it wont stack. =/
