Can we RESET our job skills after changing job?
If yes, where can we do so?
If no, should we left some skill points for future use?
Thank you!

It depends. Before lv40 you can indeed visit Cornell in Zant for a free Stat and Skill change. After that you can buy a Testemony of Retraining (Stats) or a Skill Reset Book in the Item Mall.

And just in case this is the person that asked me this question in-game yesterday...using a skill reset after your second job change will NOT allow you to change 2nd jobs, it will only return your skill points to you.

You will always have some points over (depending on class), that you will be able to spend once you have gotten your second job.
You have to remember that the game has 220 levels which you will obtain Skill points from.
Managing your SP at the lower levels will make it a little easier once you hit 100 and get your second job, since you can max out certain skills that will help you out in your leveling.

The only 2 classes that usually have issues with "saving" SP are Artisans and Clerics. But eventually, the higher you get, you will level up all/most your skills regardless.

Since you didn't state that job you are playing, it does make it a little harder to help out.
Make sure you take a look in the Class Discussion thread. You will find almost all the information (even conserving SP) about any class.

Actually, I think some Hawkers that are just starting out can run into SP conservation issues as well. [: So Artis and Clerics aren't the only two.
