Yep it would, but we won't ever see it since it was create on pirate servers.
I dun think there would be a problem with our GMs stealing content from pirate servers thought...
...then again, I wonder if our GMs have idea of how to setup npcs to work like this, or are willing to try ^^;

It wouldn't be a problem, GRAVITY just doesn't seem to like doing it. They can make all kinds of fun mini games in RO. They just don't. Then again look how popular battlegrounds is... Or the other mini games we have. No one goes to them to have fun, they just milk them for the best reward and abandon them. I've never ever played that poring mini game outside of South Prontera. There's never anyone there.
Weren't we suppose to have a player housing system at one point, and whatever happened to Oda's idea for a zombie mini game. It was suppose to be Tower Defense or Wave like.

1. Unfinished, they were just slapped together.
2. Broken as hell. Turbotrack and Monster Arena don't even work at all. BG breaks all the time.
3. Terrible functionality. Hugel Bingo: You have to spam 100 million dialog boxes to get anywhere, and if you mess one up you gotta start again. Monster Race: 10 minutes between each race... seriously..
4. Replaceable by $$$. BG medals and Racetrack points come in lucky boxes now. Why bother doing the minigames?
The mini games we have are terrible.
