So I'm wondering if the Sidewinder card on a Dagger benefits Rogues with 10 Double Attack already?

If you have level 10 Double Attack already and use a dagger, a Sidewinder card is useless. If you put it in a Sword or Bow with Level 10 Double attack, though, it will activate Level 10 Double Attack with the Sword or Bow (Which usually doesn't activate Double Attack). You could also use a Chick Hat for the same effect, but keep a weapon card slot.

Keep in mind that there is also a Snake Head that is better than the Chick hat. I was lucky enough to get one for 20M right after iRO went free to play again. The new average price for the snake head ranges between 50-60M on Valkyrie.
