I have redeem my $20 UGC as of 06/12/2011 and have purchase another VIP package for 30 days. I have also converted 3K+ of WP into KP, but I'm not seeing the Lady tanee hat or the Munka hat when talking to the Redeemer NPC.

I have submitted several tickets, but haven't receive any response back since 3 weeks ago. I am afraid that I wont be able to redeem my gift as the deadline for Lady Tanee and Muka hat ends on the 30th.
