I doubt it was intentionally left out. Heim even added it to this list at the start of the thread, so it might already be in the patch. Think about how many hats they had to look into and decide if they were worth trading in, write the code in for each and list them all on the site. Guess we'll have to wait and see.

I tested out many of the new hats and can confirm that Rabbit Magic Hat & Valkyrie Feather Band are not being accepted.

Sorry if this was already mentioned or suggested. I don't have time to read all 4 pages of this.

First, there is no option for a 300 coin prize. So unless you have the hats in pairs it's useless to you. The obvious resolution to this would be reduce the cost of Reset Stones to 300 coins. Reset stones are not near the value of the hats otherwise. You can easily sell one of the hats and buy 2 reset stones off the market with some zeny to spare. Currently, if you trade in 2 hats for 1 reset stone, you could have potentially bought 5 reset stones just by vending the same hats on the market. This would allow better use of the recycler with balanced value to the stones.

P.S.- I would like to see Skull Hood [1] added to the list of recyclable headgears.

Considering how players get to a have ton of Expanded Party Buff Scroll Boxes in storage, is it possible to add it for Midgard Coins? Soloing non-aco players will have a use for these boxes of course. However, with the turn-in events, a lot of people with be in big parties and have Arch Bishops with party buff skills. It can be vended but its value isnt as high relative to the diadem headgears, etc. Making the Boxes recyclable can raise its value so more zeny drains from the prospective rich players.

Since Heim posted that on the 22nd and maint was on the 21st I think it will be included next maint maybe? I have not checked the NPC to verify yet.
