The suggestion is to have a window, similar to the Search Party one, to be able to search for guild, apply to it and being invited without the need to have the player online; it also could have another tag that would let the players to search for signatures to create a guild.

This new window could be accessed from the Guild Mnager NPC but maybe also could have a button in the Guild UI that let the players access to it in an easy way.
