I have looked almost all guides about Shadow Runner and didn't saw what I needed. I'm planning to create Shadow Runner and I want pure crossbow! I don't like assasin, but I very want character with crossbow! I have saw many guides and all were with double weapons build. I want pure crossbow! I have tried also make my self build but I had problem with DNA. Are there any people who play with that type Shadow Runner? Can you share your experiences?

altho my sr is 65 it packs a nice punch:)

max Explosive arrow and poison arrow
dashes, stealth, long range weapon mastery
quick attack, fortitude
your gameplay type would define skill/AA or hybrid SR.
and depends on what level you wanna take him/her.
any questions ask away.


the easiest build is what i said, you just EA>AA>PA and dash away etc
more fun/complex build involves Duals/claws(claws better imo) for Close Range skills like ambush etc:)

extended Explosive arrow duration/strengthened dot or w/e it's called
mb some dna in dashes and 1 point in poison arrow

Why do I need DNA for extra duration? I think target will die faster... Or does it for other usage?

the dot will tick longer = inflickting more damage on the poor target

so you fart explo arrow and hide in safe while your target dies xD

but really it's extremely annoying/effective just spamming a group with explo arrow

It's crazy build but I enjoy with it. I like when normal attack crit while I get attack skills. So, does the most important thing to max Explosive Arrow with all its DNAs? If I added five DNAs for Forward Dash, other leave for Explosive Arrow DNAs?

Does the explo/poison DOT actually ever get kills?

I've never seen someone die from it, always been healed or removed =/

ofc people die, not always you have dot removing/healers in team

and even if you do, that high dot puts big pressure and makes people use heals more quickly leaving them in cd and more vulnerable

that is pure pvp, making pople THINK and act not mindlessly mash 2 ~ 3 buttons


the dot EA build is a nice killer
PA to pick off any caster that abiout to sleep/Terms of Service u

1st bbow attack is poison arrow think it's lvl 30 . idk lol
and wy still 25? u should be lvl 50 by now.

I really can't choose which way to choose: AA or skills crits...

AA is better damage but you have to be able to survive a couple of hits. You'll be able to figure what you want as you level and get a feel of things. Doing every single quest is a bit of a waste. At some point skipping and grinding a few mobswhile only doing quests in your area is best. At 25 after you do PB quest which starts in zakate with Allectis, you can move on to Nova Lux. Make sure to collect Reinforced physical damage jewels s you are growing. Take those to +10 and they'll last you to your supernus set.
