can't get wolf pet because flute is nowhere to be seen.

also you forgot new weapon specially made for rangers. You have all weapons for everyone that can find some use for it. I don't see a use for that bow on a ranger.

also you forgot weapon for wizards and priest..

there are like 3 for bard/dancer, 1 for sura, 1 for genesist, like 3 for knights and crusaders, and 2 for thief class.

They didn't forget, the new equipments for rune knights, rangers, bishops and warlocks are from episode 14.1 (although some of the items the npc is selling are bifrost monster's drops). But those equipments are made through quests so there's no reason to put them in.

small little annoying bug if you transend at base lv1. and you try to lv to 150 it wont let you but the xp counter will go up.

Exp table doesn't exists for 3rd jobs below 99 since you can't become a 3rd without 99ing.

There is no new bow for Rangers in 13.3. Heck there is no new Ranger items till 14.1. There is the mystic bow that isn't ranger specific but 3rd class archer though.
