Any knowledgeable players have a calculator or resource to find out how much damage Hundred spears does with +7 kvm spear vs. Hundred spears with Bloody Hunting spear +4 ?

I would like to know the damage (after kRO buffs come, and with gloomy, which helps out Hundred spears instead of spiral now..)

So, what I mean to ask in short is...

How much damage does Gloomy Shyness'd Hundred spears do on kRO settings, vs. Gloomy Shyness'd Spiral of iRO?

That's true, and I do know about kvm having 0 weight. I just want to see two numbers.

Yes but with 110 str buffed, how much damage will it do? I know kvm will be best. I just want to see the damage difference.

Clashing gets nerfed into oblivion. It's like hundred spear is now, it'll do sub 10k base damage whereas hundred spear with a +9 kvm can do 50k+ base damage like spiral does now. I'm pretty sure the screenshots I saw were without gloomy on hundred spear too.

Hundred spear also becomes ranged.

That makes no sense for it to be ranged, but whatever I can deal with that, as long as I can cast it in the same 4 cell area. I heard that Hundred spear is affected by gloomy instead of spiral too, but I dont know if thats true.

Im actually almost done making an alt RK to test it with and if you want to run some tests later that'd be cool.

There are no damage calcs for renewal that are remotely accurate.

So you'd need to find someone with connects on a server which has those skill changes. They're supposed to be coming this summer in a SEPARATE UPDATE - not with 13.3 - to iRO.

It hasn't been listed what skill changes are in that update, either :-(

The KVM spear is the correct spear for it, though.

Also, Swordsman question to swordsman forum. The swordie class forum actually is pretty active. Much more active than pre-renewal.

I have a fairly accurate calc for regular short/long range melee damage, but I don't know the hundred spears formula. From tests I remember seeing (from clogon?) it looked like weight of the spear didn't influence the damage THAT much. But I'd go out on a limb and say the KVM one is better.
