kk I have been away for awhile and I have noticed a few things have changed!

Question's!
1. Can I make a account, than just go play on Ymir?
2. Whats this new server that's "open"?
3. Where should I level my Assassin level 88 to 99 using what weapons?

Yes, you can play on Ymir without paying. You just won't have the VIP benefits (so, no exp/drop bonus.

Yggdrasil is an open (vip not needed to create chars) server that is relatively new - created when renewal hit.

So wait, I need to have a VIP account to create a character on the Ymir server? Or not? I am just wondering because I might need to make
a couple slave accounts XD I.E Vendor/Buffer/Endower

Hello! Like you I'm a new return to RO so... I'll try and help out in answering.

The open servers are for those who do not have VIP. You are allowed to make 3 characters on the open servers without the VIP package.

Ymir, you must have VIP to be able to create new characters on there, but if you had old characters, they were most likely merged onto Ymir.

As for the assassin leveling, I've never leveled an assassin so can't help you there. Hang around the Eden group though, someone is bound to know.

Eh, nope. Not entirely true.
If you make a new acct, you can't play on Ymir unless you go VIP. You can create any char up to 9 during VIP.
