Hi, I just recently started playing and theres skills on most classes it appears that require the "Finish Quest" completed. Can anyone exactly tell me what that is? I didn't have to much luck searching myself.

Every job class has what are called quest skills. These are special skills that you can only get by completing a sidequest. Each quest skill has its own quest to complete.
