Hi, my priest just transcended and I would like to know if my FS AB I'm planning for would be viable.

Unsure whether do I need DEX or not.

A little of DEX doesn't hurt. Dex also reduces your cast time. Im not that sure about so much LUK though. It only adds MATK and perfect dodge by a very low rate. Which should only be worth adding at low Stat levels. I may recommend dropping the 100 points of LUK and redistributing into even portions for DEX and LUK. You should be able to get around 70 DEX 70 LUK. It seems like a better use of points like this.
