my priest has very low heal..my int is 99+17 with blessing and i heal 1400 ..before when i was in inRO it was 2000+
could someone please clarify whats the problem!

Renewal changed the heal formula along with a lot of other game mechanics.

In renewal your heal is now based off your MATK which is a combination of INT/LUK/DEX. Of course % increases still work on heal as well. For reference...
1 INT = 1.5 MATK
3 LUK = 1 MATK
5 DEX = 1 MATK
You probably noticed the random range of your heal rather than its fixed amount like in pre-renewal as well, this is why.

but i have 99 int.what else do i need to increase my heal?? luk??
and what else needs matk?? is it only heal or some other skill too?

Heal also depends on your base level. I've seen lvl 150 ABs heal for almost 3K.
High priests have meditation which increases their heal by 20%. So try to transcend ASAP.
If you are trying to level by healing undead. You can always use the Spiritual Ring + Rosary Combo. It gives u 50% more Heal damage to undead. Getting a good staff with high amounts of MATK is also a good idea. I would recommend a Divine Cross. With the spiritual ring it gets alot of matk and also protection from undead.

here a list of the staff that a priest /AB can equip.Use them until u can get a Strong recovery wand from Tiera Battle Ground or Glorious Cure Wand from KVM. Oh and btw ..there a quest atm in IRO 8th Anniversary Event where you can get Yggdrasil Crown it will help alot in improving ur heal and currently can be obtain freely from doing this Excavations quest
