It gives 180% Exp at Lv5. Very neat! But, will the skill have any effect on me, the one who plays it? Do I also get 180% exp while playing or just all other party members?

All of u will have the effect as long as you in party.. and ur killer is standing in the area effect of the Ensemble Skil song.. [ you can also have a slave bard and dancer who doesn't need to be in party to have it effect on]

Specific mechanic of the song is that it applies the +180% xp to MONSTERS in the song effect, not players. If a monster dies in the skill effect, they give that much more experience. A ranged character can kill a monster from outside the song effect and get bonus experience as long as the monster was inside.

Who gets the bonus experience works the same as it would normally (the person who killed the monster and those he is partied with). But as Dukeares mentioned, the mental sensing team does not have to be in party with the killer for the experience to be increased.
