Already tried sending in a ticket and the gms are taking forever on this. For some strange reason two characters on my account can't get the MVP summoner to interact. There's just no dialogue what so ever but work fine on some other characters on that account.
Is there a work around that someone knows of?

This happened to me when the event first started, and also to a guild member of mine.
We bypassed it by having someone who could proc the dialog with the summoner go in and summon an MVP. We then entered using the Wisp. Of course this puts you on the ten hour cooldown but you should be able to summon and interact with the NPC just fine afterward.
