I just got to level 70 today on my stalker and headed over to alarms to do the turn in. I read that they where supposed to give their normal exp but it seems like they are only giving half. is the iro wiki page wrong?

You are 18 levels away from alarms. There is silly useless penalty for fighting monsters "too strong for you", which is making you get 50% less experience.

Once you're 73, you get full exp from alarms. The hand-in from the NPC is the same, though.
