After reading all the posts on this issue, I'm a bit puzzled as I've tried multiple browsers, have both Java and Flash up to date...
Did anyone find a solution?

Yeah, It worked the first night but the problem is back. I've tried disabling my AV and still no go. Does anyone on the support staff have a clue as to why this problem is happening?
I guess I'll try and put in a ticket.

Okay, I'm with the exactly same problem for at last two weeks now. Sent a ticket describing some problems (that one is included) 24 December and still didn't get a response.
If that was a problem with a specific user, OK to send a ticket and see what could be done. But really? There's more people with the problem in that thread, and doing a research on the forums we can see this problems exists for a long time and still persists. We've done everything we can do (changing browsers, cleaning caches, deleting cookies, using proxies etc etc).
What is the purpose of this section of the forum if we cannot get help from here? Every reply from the responsable is "send a ticket", better put up a link redirecting us to the support center then. lol

There is an easy reason, why we can't help from here.
This "problem" seems to be user specific and not browser or system related.
And this is the reason why we can't help you, because we have no access to the account database. And this is for your protection. So there is not even the possibility that someone abuses your data. Especially for such sensible personal informations like names, addresses or payment informations.
Sent a ticket describing some problems (that one is included) 24 December and still didn't get a response.
Also the support team has the right to have christmas holidays
