Alright, so I've already finished the Wandering Bard quest, I did this before attempting to do the Pang Voice quest, since I read it was a requirement. Anyways, I talk to the guy in northern Prontera, he wants a Tropical Sograt, so I go and get that. When I return to him and select "Take it easy" and then "Have a drink" he get's all excited and starts spoutin' off about some bard molesting him or whatever. The drink never actually leaves my inventory though, not sure if that matters. So yeah, I head back to Morroc and go talk to the Spiteful Looking Bard, he notes my silver seal of errende. Dialog continues as he is apparently making a couple drunk guys touch eachother. In the dialog my character say's that it's impossible, the Spiteful Bard says one more thing after that, and then the dialog window closes.

So.. what's the dealio? I'm a 93/60 Minstrel.
