I would suggest to make Raid Bosses stronger, now they are too easy that even an unorganized party can do it.
I was thinking about something like making their Physical Hits stronger.
And talking about Tanks, Protectors should have a Self-Casting HP Buff, commanders are way to much auto-sufficient, and since Protectors Job is just to take hard hits, i think Protectors should have an self HP buff.
So:
Make Bosses Hit Physically a lot harder, and give Protectors a Self-HP Buff, protectors are more like 1dmg - 2critdmg so having a little more hp would be good.
The reason why Protectors doesn't have Sword of Boomerang Aura anymore is the same reason why i'm suggesting a Self-HP Buff

Raids are easy but too long, unless the party have very high lvl and very good equipment. If they rised the dmg, they should lower the hp/resitances/defense by a lot. But most than the dmg, what they should do is to increase the bosses AI.
In any case, any increase on the difficulty, should be reflected by an increase in the rewards, otherwise it only would discourage people even more than it does now.
