my fiance had his accounts from Loki server moved to Ymir. when i tried to create an account i found that i couldn't make one on Ymir so we could play together unless i have a VIP package. i noticed that under added value service there is a character server transfer option.

since i have accounts on both Yggdrasil and Valkyrie servers i tried using it to move my characters to Ymir, but when i clicked it i got this 'service is currently unavailable'. was wondering if they're still working on this or you need active VIP package to use this.

i found no current forums topics' on this or anything in the help links either. if i need VIP in order to use this then i could just move my more active account to his server using this option since I'll have to use VIP to create an Ymir account anyways. would appreciate some feedback from the more knowledgeable people that have played much longer....;p
