I use my Dragon Saga name and I get that error message, I use my email and I get that message, I use the name of my Warp Portal acount and I get that message, I just cannot log into this game. Is there maintenance right now and I dont' know it or something?

Was the first one verified? Were you creating a new account or are you a returning user?

Solution:
If the problem appears to you for the first time, close Dragon Saga and open it again. It should work now.
If it still happens over and over again. Then contact the support cause you might've been banned.

when i try to login three times it fails and then it just closes. What should i do??

It's probably blocking so you aren't being hacked. Go to WarpPortal.com and look for account password retrieval and try again after a while.
