Imo I think the summoner should summon more mvp and limit per account if posible. There has been like 7 new mvp cards the last 2 weeks on valk, idk if this is pure luck or some kind of exploit.

Even if you happen to get into the summoner room it gets mad and is like WHY ARE YOU IN HERE? If you didn't turn in items to the guy appropriately, don't think there is an exploit. It is possible to get into the room though, he just yells at you and doesn't summon anything though. Unless there is a way you can relog and have it keep letting you resummon it for other characters or something, too lazy to try and mess with it that much and risk getting banned just FOR SCIENCE.

I'm kinda lost... is the mvp summoner still here? i thought it was a past event... if it is... where can i find it and informaiton on what item i need to summon mvp???

Im fine with daily MVP-ing since Convex are gone now but I think they need to be "buffed", coz they shouldnt be soloable and is not fun anymore... /sigh

I think Chipotle have some points. The game was structured to give cards/equips according the MVP timer. Break this balance and we have problems coming up. I actually like the MVP summoner but think the MVPs there should be for fun, not items or cards.

I know, people will start qqing "y u took out l00ts! grawr wawaa!1!" and stop using the summoner so often, but i think it's better than have a goddamn MVP card infested server. Next step will be selling mvps for wp.

Sometimes you have to take some hit for the overall good of community.

As for "buff up mvps" it's so wrong in so much ways. The MVPS didnt got weaker, it's the chars that got too powerful. While a 150 sura can solo almost every mvp in the game, other support classes cant do *hit. If u can solo every mvp, then be happy, cause you have won at ragnarok, and leave others try this for a change. Or challenge yourself even more. Manage to solo every mvp? so do it naked. Or with non-overupgraded items. or with npc sold items.

I just find MVPs the way I always used to. That is, checking the maps of various low-tier MVPs sporadically while the competition is asleep or at school/work. It pays to be NEET sometimes~

The MVP Summmoner is a feature that I love and one of the main reason that makes me and my wife play.
We work for a large part of the day, and haven't time to hunt regular MVP if we want sleep a bit. Then I dislike the competition, in particular from people using third party programs (and I'm not talking only about the MVP search, but support bots).

The MVP Arena on P.Servers is quite different from Summoner; I played on a P.Sever many years ago and you didn't have to hunt items or MVP loot to summon the monster, nor have cooldowns.

Regarding Detard spawn, we asked for this feature directly to Heimdallr, if it was possible to put it also for other MVPs so that the players had to work to get the monster. The answer was that they weren't sure if they could make it.

About the item requirement for the summoner, it was previously stated that when it will become a VIP only feature they will be changed to non MVP exclusive drops, together with a longer cooldown (around 1 day) and maybe the MVP stat/AI upgrade.

OP and this post have really valid points. But the cool down is 23 hours which does help prevent farming. Loots on the other hand need adjusting really badly.
