Ok so what would be more reasonable. A Tatacho card or a racial specific card while leveling. I mean the tatacho card effect looks cool in theory but ive never had one. Let me know

Tatacho looks like it is a elemental card.
And unless it changed with renewal monster attacks are "non-elemental" which is different than "neutral" ( not that it matters so much in this case - it says the mob has to be neutral ELEMENT to get reduced) so the card should only affect neutral elemental monsters such as Isilla / Vanberk.... and a cranial racial shield would reduce 10% more damage. The only real use I can see is if the 5% damage to neutral elemental monsters will make enough difference to the time / SP it takes to kill the mobs, otherwise racial would probably work out better.
