Well just wanna do a big THANK YOU :P

for whoever read the post before, some people told my guildmate and friend to quit the game but a little faith and insisting went a long way :P

Thank you Corvus and the rest who help us resolve this =)

I don't wanna say too much, but you know those IP ban, well is kind of similar... like a zone ban of credit cards... well while he could access his game accounts, he couldn't access warpportal to add WPEnergy

Let's said what they told us didn't make too much sense about another company ban :P and while trying to contact the company to lift the zone ban I ended in the employement website :P but can't get customer support to work and after 4 hours we were frustated and end posting here part of the ticket.

Corvus took hands on the matter and help us... Also my guildie lives in Panama, if me, that I live in the States couldn't get to that company customer service, Can you imagine him?

:) right now we love Corvus :)

While the post was here, some people posted that our guildie should just quit, but to be true all our guildies were gonna try to contact said company because it wasn't fair, I think my guildie is one of the few like me that we will provide everythign the gms ask (yeah, even my SSN number) to prove innocense.

I almost did a spit take. Something positive on the forums? Looks like Satan needs to break out the winter wear. :P

seriously though, I'm happy you guys got that all ironed out. :P

EDIT: And just to be clear, I really was prepared for crushing sarcasm.

SSN is a bit ridiculous o.o

well usually ssn they only ask 4 digits... since my job actually reports to the goverment a lot of paperwork we are kind of used to give the ssn 4 digits for identification next to birthdare and 3 digit address lol... also it's weirder that a gas station ask for ssn just for applying and all your info (a co-worker told me about her cousin job hunting O.oU)

@ Makk.. that would explain the weird weather and about the crushing sarcasm, I can actually see that happenning easy.
