I have 99/70 Hwiz I was wondering if the job exp would accumulate, like how base exp does when changing to 3rd job.

It does accumulate, you fool. That is why people instantly got job levels when killing a poring, after 3rding. You don't know crap.

You get base level instantly :|. the experience requirement for first few job levels is less. which is why you would notice a very steep increase in job levels while killing monsters of your level range.
