VIP can be teleported direclty to a Quest Location for free atm
NON VIP have to find their way on their own



instead of not offering the teleport to NON VIP how about offering to teleport them for a Zenny Price or Item price



"I can be pursuaded to teleport you if you bring me"

10,000 zenny
or
10x White Potions
or
xnumber of Xcolor Gemstones
or
xnumber of random items


this way VIP at least have a better chacne to find a group with more non VIP doing the quests
