The world of Dragon Saga is split into 2 Worlds, The World that we play in and the World of Chaos.

The World of Chaos is a mirror image of the World we play in in which Elga won the war. The World we play in is where Elga lost the war.

New Origins makes this obsolete as the influence of the World of Chaos invades our world, but at the moment you can access the World of Chaos by collecting Devil Soul Stones from Hidden Maps and trading them for Chaos Scrolls and Shield of Time and Space with Elga Jr. (He's located in any of the towns in El Greco)
