What are some of the best earrings to reflect damage at a percentage?
I was planning on building myself tanky/and use these revenge earrings for fun sometimes. lol
So far I found the best to be. 5 Star Arka 736 damage reflection at a 20% chance.
Does the 736 damage subtract from there defense or is it a flat 736 damage directly to them?
Revenge earings?

The best should be the 5-star Kryos Meteor Earrings, I believe. The reflected damage is absolute, so your earrings will do 736 damage regardless of the opponent's defense.

lvl 67 price is like 4k or something.
