Why is the patch not working?? I'm trying it for almost an Hour now, and it seems that it will patch, but not the whole way. I hope I'm not the only one who has this. there's no reminder on the Patch itself that the servers are down. PLEASE HELP!!

I was playing, had a DC and a patch was applied which now locks me out! hate that crap, lol! Im used to it.

I'm experiencing the same problem, too.

Edit and possible solution: You can find the patch file, 2011-8-15data_gm.gpf, on this patch index page. If that is the file that's stopping your patch from completing, download it and add it to your RO folder. Then, try patching the client again.

Sorry for the late reply. It's the folder that contains all your grf., dll. and other files. I don't know how to describe it really. It's the main folder that contains smaller folders that hold your chat logs, screenshots, and AI files. I can't remember if this is the default location or if I designated it when I installed RO, but mine's located in : C:/Program Files/Gravity/Ragnarok Renewal.

As for where the problem came from, I'm not too sure. The same problem happened to me a occasionally in the past, such as with the Juno patch and renewal patch. The solution that has always worked for me so far was the download the file your client fails to get from a different source, such as a website (irowiki's download section is a good place to look), drag it into your RO folder, and repatch.
