VIP buffer & VIP warps

However, after lots of hard work the GM's managed to minimize the VIP benefit by making TI map warps only accessible if you have a currently active and incomplete TI. As though to suggest, once you finish the TI leveling is kind of over. I fail to see the reasoning behind limiting the VIP warps when the player is in the specified range of the dungeon. We are VIP after all. Shouldn't we be allowed this perk at all times of our leveling? Not just when a TI is actively on. If the event is up and open, let people go to the maps with relative ease. It only serves to keep your customers happy, and players actively leveling and partying on these maps. When the direct warp was on for the original bios 2 TI, the NPC location was constantly camped with people partying. Now the map is a ghost town of sorts. Guilds make their parties, get their TI and leave. Not like before were people congregated and made parties indefinitely. The exp from killing around bios 2 or any of the TI maps isn't terrible and should hold the interest of parties. But making it difficult on paying customers to have fun isn't really the key here. Again I fail to see the reasoning behind putting in the work of limiting the VIP benefit on dungeons that are accessible to everyone in the game. We aren't dealing with closed maps like West Orcs or Overlook Dungeon.
Onto what I really want to talk about, VIP buffer and how to make it more accessible to the community. At one point and time Heim made mention of a "warp back" feature they wanted to implement for ease of use to the VIP buffer. I can see how this feature may be problematic to say the least but it's quite frankly on par with what is needed to make the VIP buffer more than a single use situation.
There are a couple of solutions I can think of. Please keep in mind, that my understanding of iRO game mechanics is nowhere near that of some of our iRO community experts or even GM's. First suggestion, an NPC that serves the same function as the warp in the eden group added to all town maps. This npc is so noble that infact he will tell you you aren't fit to be in his presence and send you back to where you came from (previous map). I would place 4 of these NPC's at the cardinal points in Prontera and a Primo Buffer in the center of all town maps. However, this NPC (warp back) would work similar to the seals quest NPC. During a certain time on certain days he would be made inactive (woe times). If woe is on, NPC just ignores players. For cases were players last map was inside of an instance dungeon (ET,SS, etc.) they would just be sent back to the nearest town regarding that instance (ET= Alberta, SS=Pront, etc.).
Second suggestion would be rather messy imo. But add a Save in the Eden Group and on woe days it would just respawn players into prontera town. That way even if they went into eden for VIP buffs it would only warp them back to prontera. The walk out warp would serve the same purpose as the warp back otherwise with the same above specifications.
TLDR: Stop nerfing VIP warps, there is no purpose to the added work put into this. Figure out a way to make VIP buffer practical for daily usage.

Not sure how easy it is to implement this kind of stuff, but it would certainly get me using the buff NPC a loooot more then I do now.
I wonder if they can make equipment have different stats depending on whether or not you are VIP...

Make an item like Light of El Dicastes that will warp you from wherever you are directly to the Eden Group. Then put your NPC that sends you back to where you came from right beside the VIP Buffer. Or make that VIP warper that hasn't changed his list of warps in months do that.

THIS! You win. That is so much better than my suggestions. I would love an acc that does this! Coupled with the NPC that warps back seems like the best alternative. I love it when we (the community) can come up with such good input to help make this game lots better.
Edit* Thought about it some more, and would be easy to just block the usage of this skill in instance dungeons/castles to prevent abuse. I love this idea more and more as I think about it lol.
Having dungeon warps in all the time diminishes the appeal of dungeon teleport scrolls, so I don't see it happening.
No, not saying dungeon warps in all the time. Saying, having the TI/event dungeon warps (which are already in) available for the full time that the event/TI is ingame. Not just during the time that you have an active TI on. This is no way diminishes the value of dungeon TP scrolls, b/c honestly not everyone will want to go to these TI events. Some get better xp soloing elsewhere. Some are antisocial. But for those that paid for VIP believing these would be benefits to them from previous events then kinda getting nerfed as time progresses is pretty sad. And seemingly for no apparent reason other than making it a hassle on VIP's. The warp service isn't available to nonVIP so why make it harder on the customers?

I would suggest you made an npc that gave you the same Warps, BUT only if you use Dungeons teleport scrolls... and only for 1 week per scroll.... (something like the non vip access to Overlook dungeon) that would make the scroll more usefull for the community and more seeked by buyers.. as they are now, they are not really cost efficient

That's more to do with the fact the quest has a 23 hour cool down and the game is full of bads (especially on valk) who get there kill count then b-wing home.
Personally I've got more exp killing during the quest on share than turning in...

They should put in @go @warp and @storage for vip too!
Except those are not commands even installed in the client. Those codes only exist on emulations of the server which use significantly different coding. "@" isn't a command key on gravity's RO platform, all commands are "/" or used with external GM control panels.

you can always hold the turn in for 23 hours.... he will warp you even if you have 400 kills, but you didnt turn in
I don't think the warper does that. I tried with abyss. He said you completed you quest please turn in or something like that.
