This is bullcrap, come on! When you say your going to do something in june do it. Then Zep says that it will be implemented at the end of July, yet here now your saying its not going to be in soon. Tell the devs to make it more important, cus it is sure as hell more important than this peice of crap king set that is going to raise the prices on everything near refining, and epics, not to say its only a distraction to keep people less pist about how bad of a job the devs are doing with literally everything.
If you guys dont go bankrupt, or implement the union update within the next month, im buying a bunch of rares, and quitting the game until you do go bankrupt and sell the game to someone worthy of it.

EDIT: of course if I won the Aurum CG, uh we would have a uh, a different story here

I agree I think they should stop making dates on something then just put it off, its kinda annoying if you ask me

Fun? They just destroyed a good portion of boss farming. Why not just get rid of farming already, I mean it seems thats what you guys are heading towards?

The way I see it everyone is going to be farming these bosses to get the coins. This means odds of an epic/unique dropping will be higher since the bosses being killed will be at a faster rate. This means prices of unique's will go down (probably not by much). The only problem I can think of is that people will be botting spots to get these coins and (for the farmer) some wont get their "choice" spots due to competition.

I'm thinking it may be beneficial to everyone if the game moderators take a week or so out of what they're doing to get in the game and...discourage botters having a hayday at the start of this quest. (we dont want the dishonest getting rich from this when coins are rare and valuable at the beginning do we?)

I am somewhat agree with bluehell about farming King. Farming King takes forever since it is much harder to kill than other mob. On top of that, the waiting time is a big pain. It is so boring and too long to wait for the boss to re-spawn. Now, they make you wait for the king to re-spawn even longer since you only had to wait for 20 minutes before this patch. The epic drop rate is a big pain as well. I have tried to farm for the staff for so long, but none of them drops. Lastly, competition for killing the King will be immeasurable with the new quest. Adding all the hints together, we got the receipt for a disaster.

More people may be farming, but you failed to see they only quadrupled the spawn time. So no, epics will not go down. This spawn rate somehow reminds me of when plutos came out. A big mistake.

Could have easily made the King's Quest thing IM only...

Making 'Supreme Kings' like as in the 2nd Job Quest wouldn't be a bad idea actually.

You seem to misunderstand as well, ONLY the kings that are involved with the quest have had their spawn times altered.

"Provoked" or "Tactical" Spawn is where you need to kill the smaller monsters in order to spawn the king (Aspers, Mastyx for example)

A Provoked spawn is a spawn where a certain type of monster will only appear when, in prior, x monsters have been killed for example.
Sometimes killing one king, provokes the spawn of 2 other kings as well.

I thought of that too. And c'mon! A tyrant is just an evil king. So they're renaming it to Evil King King. They might as well just name the king a tyrant and his baby monsters surfs (no not smurfs!)
