I randomly d/c playing iRO. The disconnections happen every 1-3 minutes after logging back in. Sometimes every 5-15. If I'm *lucky*...it won't happen for a good hour. Different maps do not have different effects. Lighting issues, etc...aren't a problem.

This is my tracert log. Is there a way this can be forwarded to an appropriate party to fix connection issues? My ISP is Comcast and I live on the East Coast. Other games run fine. My computer is fine; specs included. I don't lag at all. I'm on wireless, but I've never had these problems before playing iRO. I switched to non-wireless (modem) just to make sure - same issues. I do not share my connection. I do not have roomies who could hog bandwidth, etc..
I'm just at a loss, having tried everything. Is there any way my connection versus your (iRO's) connection be looked into and mended somehow? I really appreciate all of the help!!!
Obnoxious, random disconnects.

From the tracert, it's not showing any apparent connection issues. Are you on a school network or a home firewall? When did you install the game? When did the problem start?

Are you on a wireless network? If so, switch to wired, and see if that fixes the problem - if it does, start looking for what's breaking the wireless every few minutes.

I sincerely appreciate the prompt responses! To answer the questions:
I'm on a home firewall
I installed the game a few years back
The problem started 3-4 days ago
