I just took it yesterday with the same character I did last time and it worked fine

I completed all the exam. Then collected 100 spirit but when talk to Judy...she told me to go to Mayor for the ballroom event.
Check my quest log is empty. So what should i do now? How do i get the mount?
Please help!

where is sunshine coast?

SUnshine coast is on the west(left) side of City of Zant.

Use the scroll to Zant and walk past the Armor Seller, to the small brigde to the gate you see on the end of your screen
