Hello !
I have the same problem with checking and downloading patch.
I already tried some of the steps from the post yesterday.
The problem seems with BigFoot LAN cards users because my girlfriend PC does not have my problem.
After reinstalled my BigFoot driver, client started patching normal and all was fine until today,.
Planned maintenance looks added some files(I don't know) and I have the same "old" problem from yesterday.
I don't think that every BigFoot customer should reinstall his BigFoot driver in every patch that ROSE release.
I don't have any problem with BigFoot LAN card with any another game except ROSE.

Please do something and don't close the topic.

Thanks !

in my experiences after / during updates, only open up 1 client until the patch is fully done and accept the agreement. if you  open up many it messes everything up and you will either need to wait a long time to play or forced to do a clean install.

Hello again!
I found solution about connection failure during updating client of ROSE Online on the BigFoot LAN card owners.

Looks very simple since the problem is not solved by developers, should be in the BigFoot software.

Open your Killer Network Manager and at the "Advanced" tab push the "Reset Application Data" button, then you are able to

update your ROSE Online Client.Cheers!

Then you can give desired priority of the bandwidth again. You should do it this step at every update of the game.
Thanks for attention!

Seems this problem keeps occuring now and then, had it myself several times and now a friend has it. Read this whole thread and it still aint working. Was the same for me, nothing worked and then one day it worked again. Not sure what changed, maybe another patch came.

Usually very frustrating as people has said earlier.
