it says at + 5 if gives 1% per refine level, I assume it's 5%

at +5 it gives 0%, at +6 it gives 1% and another 1% per upgrade past that

If upgraded to +5 or higher, increases 1% of tolerance against Neutral attack. (The tolerance increase is limited to refine level 12) per refine level.

We've seen this description before, but it's worded stupidly this time.

My prediction is

+4 = 0%
+5 = 1% --- "+5 or higher"
+6 = 2%
+7 = 3%
+8 = 4%
+9 = 5%
+10 = 6%
+11 = 7%
+12 = 8% --- "limited to refine level 12"
+13 = 8% --- "limited to refine level 12"
+14 = 8% --- "limited to refine level 12"

I understand the other line of thought, where the percent adds up starting from +1 and you don't get any effect until it reaches +5, where you suddenly get a whopping 5%. But think about it. There has never been an item that does that. I will be very surprised if it doesn't work the way I described above. But this is all useless. Someone who has the shield should test it ploxzz.

Remember to take off your weapon to get rid of damage variation.
Make sure the attacker and the target don't change their equips or buffs between attacks.

we tested it in pvp the other day, a +7 shield gives u 2% resist
