Is it possible to get a quick fix on the Mobster's mask to make it 0 weight? or so you can store it?

This is a known issue that prevents people from transcending, unless you sell the mask.

You're late it's already fixed to 0 but it still says 10.

Was fixed in emerg maint last week. But per standard procedures, they didn't change the desc. I don't trust the weight in descs at all anymore. Whether it says 0, 1, 10, or 20, it could be any of those, and there are errors scattered in places you really wouldn't expect.
