Tax apparently affects only base exp, which is fine, but does it also take quest reward base exp?

If so, if you combine turn-in exp into job, does it affect the base exp portion?

Guild tax will affect any base exp you receive from either monster kills or quests. If you choose to receive only jexp for your turn-in reward, the NPC doesn't give you any base exp at all for your reward. The guild will not receive any taxed exp from a jexp only turn-in.
