The Pirate Event starts on September 6th and will run until October 4th.

During the event, the Captain Zach Pirate Outfit will be available in the Item Mall again with a +50% Bonus for EXP and Drops.

Well, the ancient coin quest is new, but the pirate bug and event gear were from past events.

Like it, but do you have to be above 180 in order to get the new cart? It says you have to go to Oro to fight the pirates/bugs, but those below 180 can't do that.

If you look in the item Mall, the costume previously had a date at which the bonus would expire. They haven't updated it yet, but I'm guessing it will indeed expire.
