I made a little analysis about your set.
DEFENDER SKILLS:
Chain Slash Level 1
Vital Stab Level 1
Dire Hit Level 1
Onslaught Level 10
This is the defender attack skill, this tree is important for protectors
who lack of attack skills, but as a commander you get improved version of this skills
so I see no point for a commie to rise these skills.
for example vital stab gives damage over time, but bommerang and moonlight can
also give that effect and improved.
Shield Strike Level 7
At level 5 you get 3 sec stun and 70% chance of stun, some people take it to level
10 since is the only stun skill. and striking 2/3 hits on a target seems unreliable
Fighting Will Level 1
filler just as it is
Quick Attack Level 10
this skill gives you -0.1 attack speed per level so level 10 gives you -1 sec
so this skill is important depending of you strategy.
wearing gloves already gives you -0.1 attack
so for example: sword is 1.5 sec attack motion
so to take it to 1 sec which is limit you only need
gloves: -0.1
QA LV4: -0.4
Sword 1.5 - 0.5= 1 sec
So you would need level 10 to take 2 handed wepons to be quicker but,
Also some attacks like gravity up rise you attack speed, which is bad, is up to
you but I find rising this skill that far really pointless
you have two paths:
1. rising this skill to improve normal attacks
which is good when PvE
2. rising your other attack skills to dish out damage
Which is good in both PvE and PvP
so rising BOTH is a waste of points
keep in mind two handed exclude shield so why would you rise quick attack that
level and shield skills
Taunt Level Level 1
PvP specialized commies leave it like this, other commies that like tanking take
this skill further, level 5 gives max range
Taunt cry Level 10
good for tanking, for destealth purpouses only level 1 is requiered
Physical Blessing Level 1
filler just like that is fine
Survival Instinct Level 10
Skin of Stone Level 6
this skills are optional, probably the only ones that gives defense bonus for
commies, so is up to you is you decide to sacrifice a bit of attack power
to gain higher defense. also Commies rise this to fight effectively other meeles
Survival instinct is the only ability that rises long range defense for commanders
not very usefull fighting casters
COMMANDER SKILLS
Chain Slash Level 9
Basic attack skill which is fast and powerfull
Beam Slash Level 10
mmmm it dependes of your battle strategy, surely is a great skill
it has piercing properties and is ranged and very fast.
Some people say it destroy the point of being a meele and rising this set is like
a wannabe caster
other people find this effective, and sure is effective.
Again, you are free whichever path or fightstyle you like or suits you better
no matter what other people say.
Rush ZERO
I once read rush is important to catch fast classes like avengers and rangers
so i think is important if you are PvP style
Promise of Victory Level 1
filler just like that
One-hand weapon mastery Level 1
Dunno if it affects both skills and normal attack, optional if you ask me
Chain of Restraint ZERO
this skill is very important to slow down enemies and land the highest amount
of hits on them, so i find those important
Boomerang of Sword aura Level 7
Area damage and DoT, pretty cool skill
Moon light Slash Level 7
AoE and Dot pretty awesome too
Face Strike ZERO
If i remeber correctly it BLOCKS casting skills so you turn magic casters
easy targets
Adamant Mind ZERO
Buddy as i said before i dont own commie but i know this is one of the most
important skills and the main reason this set you are showing sucks for most commies
Adamant mind is a hell of skill; lets say you are attacking a defiler, he will try
to use Terms of Service, but is hopeless cause you will run towards him anyways.
so, keep in mind this.
Again everyone is free to alocate skill points as they wish but i dont see
point on this set, is not effective for GvG, tanking, PvP, PvE or Battlefield.
you make a set depending of your playstyle.
This is just skill overpowered set, with no specific purpouse whatsover
