I'm going to move this to technical support and hope that someone can answer your question. Also, being a Saturday at 0250 on the West Coast, it could be a while before tech support is available. I hope one of our techie forum members can help, and I'm sorry that I can't!

the problem is still not solved
and im sure there are more people with this problem;
so is it better, if (e.g. if 100 player have this problem) ask genesis via pm and wait for an answer?
so genesis have to write 100 answer pms?
do u think genesis has nothing better todo?
isnt it better to open a thread where everyone can read the answer (if we get one)

you could have put it in his GenPatch [version 15] thread, then everyone could have seen it...

You are discussing a problem about GenPatch, which is what the GenPatch thread is also for.
Anyway, looking at the error, your PC may be blocking the program from accessing the net. Have checked the firewall exceptions?

Connections being routed through 127.0.0.1 makes me assume that you have something redirecting traffic through an application running on your machine (either malicious or intended).
There are a couple of methods you can try, the first is to clear your connection's DNS cache to make sure it is accurate:
1. Start Menu -> Run
2. In the Run dialog, type in cmd
3. In Command Prompt, type in ipconfig /flushdns and press enter.
4. In Command Prompt, type in ipconfig /renew and press enter.
If that fails, the alternative method is to check your hosts file to ensure that there are no invalid entries:
1. Open Notepad (if you are using Windows 7/Vista, Right click Notepad's icon and Run as Administrator).
2. In Windows Explorer, navigate to C:/Windows/System32/drivers/etc/
3. Drag the file named hosts into the Notepad window to open it.
4. If there are any ip_address hostname entries other than the 127.0.0.1 localhost entry, delete them. Do not delete the 127.0.0.1 localhost entry!
If there were some invalid entries that you had to delete, continue on:
5. In Notepad, File -> Save.
6. In Command Prompt, type in ipconfig /renew and press enter to refresh your connection.
