is the server down or something because every time i try to login it says failed to connect to servers?

Dealing with same problem, been trying for hours. Even if I do get in, I suffer from insane lag... This is so fraustrating :/
Thought it was my ISP first but a few other friends of mine with different ISP are getting the same problem.. So I guess something's wrong with the server
