Right after i'm login to my account and select the character, i receipt this message.
It's said that unexpected program error occured, i already try any kind of solution but doesn't work

Do you get this message all the time?
When was the last time that your client was in good working condition?
Any changes made to your computer recently?

Does this happen for all chars, or just one char? If it's just one char, the char could be bugged (ideally, check from a different computer with a known working RO instance, see if it happens there). If all chars, the problem is with your client, probably a patching problem; reinstall the client.
