I assume the fur is just always on edge via static electricity and never actually spikey. At least, that's how the anime portrays it.

Mareep is supposed so have a ton of static electricity but its wool is fluffy, pokemon is so weird sometimes haha

Yeah I should but I lost the receipt XD Whenever I use it the pen shakes and I cant do any straight lines or anything I know its not my hand cause even if I drank 20 energy drinks or sodas at once my hands wouldnt shake like that u.u
