I am new at this so please tell me what i did wrong? or how do i fix it?

So I installed Ragnarok, It successfully got installed then i open Ragnarok.exe and i got "Failed to get 2011-4-21data_gm.gpf file".

Open IE, and see if you can go to ftp://ropatch2.gravityus.com - if that fails, we've found the problem - The patch client uses calls to IE in order do download the patches, and your IE isn't handling FTP correctly.

To further narrow down the problem, check the same address with a non-IE browser. If that works, then you have a problem with IE settings, that you need to fix (check the IE proxy settings, or even try reverting IE settings to factory).

If other browsers can't access it either, your ISP or some piece of (probably security) software on your machine is blocking access to FTP sites, and you need to figure out what it is.
