How much HIT/DEX Does it really take to hit a high lvl gx w/ 100+ AGI?

Certain skills have Flee-ignoring properties. Really depends on what class and build you're playing. Don't bother with expecting to hit GX's through normal means if you're talking about PvP. In WoE however, Flee is cut in half. As such, you'd need around 75 base Dex and you'd have enough to hit any GX in WoE. This is assuming they're not using Hallucination Walk. Safest way is to use Flee-ignoring skills though.

if what i read from the wiki is correct,
your HIT is = 175 + DEX + LUK/3 + Base Level + Bonus from skills,buffs,foods,gears,cards
your FLEE is = 100 + AGI + LUK/5 + Base Level + Bonus from skills,buffs,foods,gears,cards

your hit percentage is = 80 + HIT - Enemy's FLEE

a full AGI 150 gx without any gears on, has FLEE point = 100 + 120+7 + 1/3 + 150 + 40(Improve Dodge) = 417.3

to hit him at 100% rate, u must have HIT point = 80 + ? - 417.3 = 100 or 417.3 - 80 + 100 = 437.3

your DEX and LUK/3 combination must be = 175 + ? + ?/3 + 150 = 437.3 or 437.3 - 175 - 150 = 112.3

so you need 437.3 HIT point to hit a non-geared/buffed 150 gx. or 112.3 combination of DEX + LUK/3 as a non-geared/buffed 150 3rd class.

100+0 DEX, 36+0 LUK
no skills,buffs,foods,gears
